Read before reaching out
OSI does not run an open application process. Individuals within the Foundation are assessed over time, and those judged to have the mannerisms and personality we look for may be contacted.
- Requesting to join OSI by contacting directorate or public members moves you lower down on our radar of potential recruits.
- We do not enforce total blacklists for those who ask, but your chances of joining become exponentially lower.
Community
General questions can be directed to the official Discord server. Please do not use it, or direct messages, to ask for recruitment.
